An SMS Gateway facility has been installed to facilitate communication of renewal and other product information to clients speedily and conveniently.

ASSOCIATE COMPANY
In anticipation of a new Insurance Legislation requiring that Non Life and Life operations of composite insurers be separated, the company sought and secured a strategic partner for its Life Operations. With effect from 1St January, 2006, the Life Business of the Company was transferred to a joint venture company, Metropolitan Life Insurance, Ghana. The company which has a paid–up capital of 30 billion cedis is owned 40% by MET and 60% by Metropolitan International Holdings of South Africa (MIHL) MIHL is a major player in the South African Life market with operations in other African countries.
